Threshold offers two tracks to meet the different needs of budding Jewish Educational Entrepreneurs.

Track 1: Fellows will participate in all program components, including seminars, case studies, and clusters and will benefit from consultations with coaches and mentors. Cost: 1000NIS

Track 2: In addition to all of the above, fellows will benefit from Fiscal Sponsorship from Yad Yaakov, Threshold’s parent organization. This includes:

1) Budgeted expenses, including a stipend, can be paid from funds raised, with fiscal oversight and overhead costs covered by Yad Yaakov.
2) Guided fundraising in both Israel and the U.S. using Yad Yaakov’s Amuta (Israel)/501c3 (U.S.) status

Cost: 5000NIS. Fellows are expected to raise the first 2500NIS of their tuition, and Threshold will provide a matching grant for the additional 2500NIS.

What are the advantages of Fiscal Sponsorship?
The organizational process of applying for non-for-profit status in both the U.S. and Israel is lengthy and arduous. It involves lots of bureaucratic red tape and expensive legal fees. Under the umbrella of Fiscal Sponsorship by Yad Yaakov and with guidance from coaches, mentors, and staff, you will immediately be able to start raising funds for your project while still immersed in the Threshold program.
